Delivery Policy
If we are unable to supply the goods required to your particular specifications, you will be notified as soon as possible after we receive your order, and you will be offered a full refund or an alternative.
You will be sent confirmation of your order within a few days, by email. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any errors within 2 days of receipt of confirmation.
It is the customer’s responsibility to advise us of non-receipt of the confirmation.
Estimated dispatch date will be notified on receipt of order. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence of the Contract.
Whilst every effort is made to dispatch goods for the estimated due date we can accept no responsibility for consequential losses if the item is delayed.

Returns Policy
Goods received damaged in transit will be replaced as soon as possible free of charge.
Unpack your parcel immediately upon arrival. Check for any damage or shortages. These must be reported by email to within 12 hours of being receiving your shipment. Faulty goods will be replaced to original order specifications as soon as possible.
Bespoke made items cannot be refunded or credited. If there are any corrections to be made, the item will be collected the problem rectified.
Goods lost in transit will be remade to the same specifications as the original order. Missing parcels should be reported if they do not arrive within 14 days of the dispatch date.
We reserve the right to implement a £20 administration and design charge for orders cancelled by customer at any time prior to manufacture of that order. Orders cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has been started.
Returns are made at the customers’ expense, although we may waive this responsibility in certain circumstances. There is a 14 day time limit for returns.
We will not take back half installed vinyl graphics, lettering or printed graphics- inspect your order carefully on arrival.
